Reported speech: This mean a change of tense in the sentences, we have to use the past tense when we reported what other people said…

I checked today an issue of basic concepts:modal verbs it doubted what used sitaciones duty, etc.
Now that both of these modal verbs are used to talk about obligation (things that you are required to do), but their meaning and use are slightly different.
